Warranty, Return & Cancellation Policy – CustomPrintDecor.com


EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES DESCRIBED BELOW, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL MATERIALS INCORPORATED THEREIN, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


Unlike 99% of similar companies, Custom Print Décor DOES HAVE a warranty on products!


Warranty – All products are warranted for 12 months. During this warranty period Custom Print Décor will manufacture and ship the replacement product at no cost to the consumer. All materials (except where specified) are intended for indoor use only and are warranted as such. Workmanship issues are required to be reported in 90 days.


Workmanship examples – Material is not the correct size, printed images have blemishes, streaks or other aesthetic issues not related to the image file quality, product has been damaged in transit, etc.


Warranty examples – Premature ink fading, fabric decomposes, fabric yellows or changes in color, canvas begins to sag or stretcher bars warp, etc.


Returns - As our products are individually customized and therefore virtually impossible to resell, we only accept returns on defective or damaged items. If an item is defective or damaged, we will make a replacement for you. Simply follow the instructions included with your item, or email support@customprintdecor.com along with pertinent order/contact information.


Cancellations - As your order goes direct to our manufacturing center, you’ll need to cancel or change it quick! In efforts to be as accommodating as possible, your order can be canceled up to one hour after placement. Simply email: support@customprintdecor.com with ‘cancellation’ in the subject line. Please include your contact & order information in the email.
